Our Practice Coach is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist at our optometric practice in San Rafael, California.
As a Patient Services Specialist, you will perform patient support through administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, insurance verification, data entry, and are responsible for general office activities.
Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
This position is for full-time 30-40 hours a week, Tuesday-Saturday.

Communication with patients including in person, by phone, and by email Administering pre-testing services such as retinal digital imaging Customer service activities including appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments Office administrative tasks including processing mail, filing, and faxing Assistance with retail of eyewear products What Do You Bring:
Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional patient care Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite Previous experience or knowledge of routine eye care an asset; we are open to training the right candidate You don't need any Optical Industry experience, just a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
Salary:
$17-20 per hour COVID-19 considerations:
