We are looking for someone with at least a year of experience in customer service in person and on phones, preferably in a medical practice or facility.
Experience in ophthalmology is not required but would be a plus.
Most importantly, we seek someone with a positive, collaborative work style, excellent computer and customer service skills, a strong desire to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Over the last 35 years, our practice has become one of the largest Cataract, and Glaucoma practices in Northern California, providing state-of-the-art surgical and medical ophthalmologic care.
In addition, we are considered a premier provider for vision correction options such as LASIK.
