50 an hour 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago General Purpose The Resident Manager is responsible for walking the property daily for approximately 30 minutes to ensure the property is tidy, clean, and safe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Walk property daily for curb appeal, litter, and identify any issues or repairs that need to be addressed and report those via email to the Property Manager Perform weekly night lighting audit, complete reporting, and submit to Property Manager Perform weekly cleaning of laundry room and advise Property Manager of any repairs needed to equipment Perform weekly cleaning of mailbox area and advise Property Manager of any repairs needed to mailboxes/package lockers Maintains compliance with company's policies and procedures and all applicable federal and state laws.
Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
Complies with all Mission Rock Residential standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Maintains the up most confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications Ability to use a computer.
Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
Candidates must live on-site and meet rental qualification guidelines.
Current certifications or trainings in property management helpful but not necessary Flexible work schedule and/or ability to tend to the duties of the position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
