Examples of Duties:
Answers phones, helps students, staff, parents and the general public, providing information as required.
Records attendance information, including data entry into the district student information system.
Prepares letters, memos, bulletins and other material from oral direction or notes.
May receive, sort and distribute mail, act as a receptionist, register new students, file documents and records.
