main responsibilities are:
- Scheduling service jobs, managing a fluid installation calendar, heavy customer contact/resolution management.
-Answering phones and handling emails -Data entry to our customer basis -Everyday filing Skills and Abilities:
-Able to effectively communicate on the phone, in person and in writing.
-Excellent communication skills -Highly organized, responds quickly, able to prioritize -Critical thinker with excellent deductive reasoning skills -Customer service oriented with ability to assess plumbing problems (will train) for scheduling purposes.
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment -Team player.
Excellent work ethics Knowledge and
Qualifications:
-Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Quickbooks Pro) -High School Diploma -Previous experience in construction/plumbing is a plus, but not required Job Type:
