Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives for patients and staff - Provide education and training on health and wellness topics - Conduct assessments and screenings to identify individual health needs - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop care plans - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information - Oversee documentation review and ensure accuracy and completeness - Manage nursing staff and provide guidance and support - Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels - Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in wellness and healthcare
Qualifications:
