What you will do:
The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, corporate credit card and reconciliations, and various other transactional issues.
The AP Specialist will ensure bills are accurate and paid on time, invoices received are authorized and will assist with monthly financial closings and annual audit work.
Other duties include:
Assemble and analyze invoices and check requests, verifying back-up and approvals Determine general ledger coding and post invoices into Accufund accounting software Process check runs and ACH and EFT payments per Lifehouse and vendor terms Prepare weekly food checks, reconcile reports, and record necessary reclassifications Reconcile and process monthly credit card statements and payments Follow up with employees and vendors regarding payment and billing inquiries Support the finance team in meeting month end closing deadlines Prepare annual 1096 and 1099 forms, W9 compliance, and database management Monitor employee vehicle insurance in mileage reimbursement process Why you would want to join us:
