Your day to day will look like the following:
Screen candidate applications Set up and conduct interviews Set up and conduct orientations File paperwork Collect caregiver required documents Qualifications Good interpersonal skills Experience calling and interviewing job candidates over the phone Experience scheduling and running meetings Ability to work with recruitment software and microsoft suite Good organizational skills High school diploma Prior caregiving experience highly preferred Job Type:
