Essential Functions Set-up, restocking, take-down and sanitation of the breakfast area and kitchen Keep the breakfast buffet neat, clean and stocked Always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the restaurant is open Assist restaurant servers to serve the guest Reset tables with fresh linens and set the table according to the meal period.
Emptying and cleaning food preparation carts Qualifications/Requirements Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
Ability to work mornings, weekends, and/or holidays Ability to perform the following:
regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Schedule will only include mornings (Monday - Friday:
530a - 11a and Saturday/Sunday:
