As a Clinical Supervisor, You Will:
Support a clinical team that implements the company's core beliefs into all aspects of client care and program services.
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervision, and implementation of best practices for the residents in Paradigm Treatment.
Working alongside other key members of the team, including psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, program directors, and other counseling staff, while directing and coordinating treatment services from intake to discharge.
Oversees the productivity of the program to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services.
Supervises the delivery of mental health services within the program, which includes the supervision of the intake process and completion of appropriate management of case records to ensure documentation meets company and government standards.
Shall be responsible for accurate maintenance of all client charts, medication records, and timely notation of services in client records.
Prioritizes client safety; directs crisis management, reporting, and client referral processes.
Is knowledgeable of and provides leadership in all areas of licensing requirements, accreditation, state, and federal rules and regulations.
Requirements:
2 Years of Completed Licensure within State of California 2 Years of Clinical Supervision Experience (Required) Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or social work (required) Job Type:
