Document Specialist.
Position Purpose:
This position performs the support for the sales team throughout and after the sale of the vehicle.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- preparing paperwork for new/used vehicle sales - checking accuracy of all data / signatures throughout the transaction - calculating commissions - preparing loan funding paperwork - Assisting sales managers with collecting money at the time of transaction - Maintaining confidentiality of customer information - Responsible for all paperwork involved in the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information - and more Requirements:
- must be extremely detail oriented and focused - must be comfortable in fast-pace and hectic environment - weekend availability is a must / occasional late hours (9-9:
