Senior Benefit Consultant:
Serves as key marketing link between insurance brokers, employer groups and the community to sell WHA.
Generating sales opportunities, developing strategies and handle concerns re:
contract agreements, premium rates, benefit coverage, policies and procedures.
Able to interact well with small to large groups, manage sales process with benefit plans.
Give articulate and professional presentations.
Must have excellent networking and communication skills (oral & written), strong computer skills with high integrity and high initiative.
Requirements incl.
Life & Disability License, 10 yrs of successful sales experience with employee benefits/health insurance industry.
degree in related field preferred.
Based in Novato, covering Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties.
Reports to Sales Manager.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
