Summary:
The Individualized Day Program Instructor works with the Program Director, Program Coordinators, and Lead Instructors to implement the vision and mission of Marin Ventures. The IDP Instructor assists the Program Coordinators with implementing one particular clients' Individualized Service Plan, schedule and all program service activities. He/She is responsible for teaching and training clients and actively engaging with clients during classes and activities.
Qualifications:
o One year of work experience and a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or any combination of education and experience which would provide an opportunity to acquire the knowledge and ability to perform the duties listed below.
o Must be 18 years old. (Community Care Licensing, Title 22, Section 82065)
o Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
o Current California driver's license, good driving record, and insured three-passenger car.
o Must be able to communicate effectively with clients in English.
o Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
o Assists in monitoring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding services for adults with developmental disabilities including reporting suspected abuse or neglect.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
